Black Meteors forward Emmanuel Yeboah shares excitement after hat-trick-against Zamalek

Black Meteors forward Emmanuel Yeboah has reacted after netting hat-trick in his first start in the Ghana U23 thumping win over Zamalek in a friendly.

The Ghana U23 team cruised to a comfortable 4-1 win at the Zamalek Sports Complex on Tuesday in preparatory game for the AFCON U-23 Championship.

Emmanuel Yeboah scored a hat-trick before Emmanuel Appau added a goal to sealed the 4-1 victory two minutes to half-time.

After the game, the former Young Apostle star took to social media to express his joy after bagging hat-trick in his start in national colours.

“I have been PRAYING for these moments and other blessings …3 goals ⚽️ on my first start for the motherland. keep supporting us 🇬🇭❤️🙏 Agya na)w) tum” he tweeted.

The Black Meteors have arrived in Morocco ahead of the tournament which starts this weekend. Ghana are in Group A with hosts Morocco, DR. Congo and Guinea. Ghana will begin the campaign with opening game against Congo on Sunday 25th June.

Yeboah, 20, plays for CFR Cluj making 23 appearances, scoring 3 goals and registering 3 assists for the Romanian side this season. His contract will expire June 2024.
