Emmanuel Boateng completes move to Saudi Pro League club Al-Orobah FC

Sports/ Ghana football (Kumasi, Ghana) Aug 23 (Futball Surgery Sports)- Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Boateng has completed his transfer to Saudi Pro League side Al-Orobah FC.

The 28-year-old sealed the transfer on Thursday, August 22, after leaving Portuguese side Rio Ave.

Boateng brings a wealth of experience to Al-Orobah FC, having played in several top leagues across Europe and Asia.

He previously featured for Moreirense in Portugal, Levante in Spain, and Dalian Professional in the Chinese Super League.

Al-Orobah FC officially welcomed Boateng to the club, expressing confidence in his ability to strengthen their attack.

The club is counting on his goal-scoring prowess to help them achieve their objectives in the highly competitive Saudi top-flight league.

Boateng, eager to make an impact at his new club, is excited about this next chapter in his career.

The 28-year old has been missing in Black Stars games for years now but this move will expect to bring him back to Ghana Men national team.

Boateng nearly enjoyed an elite career in Spain after developing into such potential at Levante where European forces Barcelona, Man United and Atletico Madrid were chasing the Ghanaian’s signature.

But the forward opted for a move to the Chinese Super League and his move to Dalian Yifang in 2019 arguably hampered Boateng’s progression into a world class striker.
