Transfer boost for Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United after TIMO WERNER snubbing Bayern Munich

RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner has snubbed a move to Bayern Munich amid Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United a major boost in the race to secure the striker’s signature.

The forward though admitted that Bayern is a great, has revealed he doesn’t want to join the Bundesliga champions.

“Bayern are a great club, we don’t need to talk about it, and Hansi Flick has proven this season he is a really good head coach,” Werner told Bild via the Sun.

“But if a move were to become an issue at some point, I would be more tempted by a move abroad than a move to Bayern.

“It’s just that the challenge of another league would appeal to me a little more than a move within the Bundesliga.

“Of course, it also important that mutual respect is there as much as possible.

“That’s why I chose RB Leipzig at the time, and why I would choose the club for [the] next step as one where I would get that feeling.”

Werner, 24, is believed to want a move to Liverpool with Chelsea and Manchester United also interested in his services, now that Frank Lampard and Ole Gunnar Solskjær need to sign a striker in the summer transfer window.

United would now have to choose between Werner and Sancho- who is reportedly agreed personnel terms Ole’s side.

Chelsea will definitely bring in a striker, only that if Olivier Giroud who knee leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the season is finally given a contract extension, where Chelsea would have their doors shut signing another striker.

Until then, Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez and Lyon’s  Moussa Dembele and Timo Werner are all monitored.
