Rahman’s competitors at left-back, Marcus Alonso and Emerson Palmieri could all be shipped out by Frank Lampard after falling completely behind the pecking order with summer signing Ben Chilwell the boss’ first choice followed by César Azpilicueta.

While Alonso and Emerson have been linked with a move to Seria A with a reunion with Antonio Conte at Inter likely to be the next move on Spaniard and Italian’s career, Rahman could leave West London for Germany or Turkey according to a Futball Surgery’s source.

It’s understood that negotiations of German and Turkish clubs with Chelsea over Rahman’s six-months temporary move have already began and in advanced stage revealed by Goal.

Drinkwater is another falling-out star who could leave this January and has been linked with a move to Turkish Super Lig club Kasimpasa.
