Geoffrey Acheampong brace in debut game salvage AC Kajaani from FF Jaro defeat in Finland second tier league

Geoffrey Acheampong joined AC Kajaani from USL side Galaxy II in February 2020 and in what was his debut game for new club, the Ghanaian International netted a double to salvage his side from defeat to FF Jaro on Saturday.

Acheampong, 23, put AC Kajaani ahead on 24th minute but the away side drew level before taking a 2-1 lead in the second half despite going down by a man.

Seven minutes to full time, the 23-year old Ghana U20 left winger got his second goal to send his side on a 2-2 draw with FF Jaro in the Finland second tier league.

The Ghanaian has two goals in a game as his team AC Kajaani sit 3rd with two points behind leaders Ekenas IF and Oulu on the league log.

The 23-year-old played for French side SC Bastia in 2016 and Mexican outfit Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz in 2017 before heading to USA to join LA Galaxy II in 2018.
