Chelsea interest in summer deal for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen

Chelsea are reportedly planning a summer move for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen, according to reports.

Chelsea are in crisis and as nothing seems to work them under Graham Potter and Frank Lampard, they will apparently end the season trophyless after been crushed out of Champions League at quarter finals by Real Madrid.

Chelsea are lying 11th position on the Premier League log with no win in their last five league games. The current standings put Chelsea in difficult situation for European football for next season.

However, the London side will continue with their spending in summer with Nigerian International Victor Osimhen among the hosts Chelsea are eager to sign.

Chelsea’s problems continue to emerge in the course of the season which a is blessing where they have the ability to solve them quickly including managerial issues before nest season begins.

Undoubtedly, appointing the right manager is one of the main reasons that have caused Chelsea’s campaign and club owner Todd Boehly and interim boss Frank Lampard are embracing playing without a center forward has been another problem.

Despite this, Chelsea’s confidence in completing the move is increasingly shrinking after learning the deal will be financially impossible.
