The sack of Grant back in December last year has impacted the progress of Bonney seeing the former Kotoko defender lost his position to Fatawu Mohammed under new boss Edward Odoom.

He has seen virtually no minute under Odoom this term, and Bonney was rumoured to pay a move back to former side Dwarfs, however, the defender has insisted on staying at Heart amid fighting back for his position.

“Reports about my return to Dwarfs from Heart of Oak is not true. I have a contract with Heart of oak and am looking up to serve until it’s over” Bonney told Yes FM.
