Berekum Chelsea secure Samuel Pimpong on a season-long loan deal from Dreams FC |

Ghana Premier League side Berekum Chelsea have signed Samuel Pimpong from Dreams FC on a full season loan deal for undisclosed fee.

Berekum Chelsea have struggled a bit after their triumph in the Ghana Premier League in 2010-2011, but they are knee on bouncing back to at least make a continental campaign spot in the 2019-2020 season.

Chelsea who are noted for their spending spree in the Ghanaian transfer market seasons back, but have been quite in the current transfer window, only managing to reach a loan deal with Dreams FC which will see 19 year old winger Samuel Pimpong switch camp to the Berekum Golden City Park.

Samuel Pimpong has struggled to walk into Dreams’ lineup after gaining promotion from club’s youth team to first team.

The 19-year-old joins the Berekum-based club to gain more playing time as part of his development and acceleration to the top flight league.

Pimpong scored one goal and provided one assist in the 2018 Ghana Premier League before the competition came to an abrupt end.
