Christopher Nettey set to start for Black Stars against Sudan
Asante Kotoko full back Christopher Nettey set to start in Ghana’s clash against Sudan in 2022 Afcon qualifiers.
Nettey has been handed his first Black Stars start against Sudan that is according to close as Ghana hope to make it three-out-of-three in qualifiers.
Nettey was one of the locally-based players who were handed a late call-up to the Black Stars ahead of the Sudan clash.
The 22-year-old had an incredible season with Asante Kotoko last term after joining them from lower-tier side Attram De Visser Academy for $35,000.
He made thirteen appearances for Asante Kotoko in the 2019/21 Ghana Premier League season which was cancelled due to Coronavirus pandemic.
