EXCLUSIVE: Ghana Premier Week 10 Match summary from All League Centers, Hearts got it late, Kotoko held by Ash Gold and Aduana humiliated at Liberty

At Dansoman, Liberty Professional came from a goal down to humiliate Aduana Stars in a seven goal thriller. Yahaya put Aduana ahead just 10 minutes into the game before Mubarik Alhassan drew Liberty on level.

The joint Premier League top scorer, Yahaya Mohammed scored registered his and Aduana’s second goal on the afternoon before Elvis Kyei Baffour brace, Mubarik Alhassan striking again and Abass Nuhu 71st minute effort completed Liberty 5-goal scoring spree against the Dormaa based club. Brace hero Mubarik Alhassan won the NASCO Man of The Match whilst Yahaya Mohammed now stand 10 goals on the top scoring chat.

At the Accra Sports Stadium, Hearts of Oak returned to winning ways, and got a slim 3-2 victory over Bechem United. Hearts won it late through Kofi Kodzi when the game was nearly ending in a 2-2 draw.

Prince Adu Kwabena broke the deadlock for Bechem United before Kofi Kodzi leveled for Hearts. Hearts went ahead through Fatau Mohammed and Hafiz Konkoni leveled for the visitors before Kofi Kodzi grabbed the winner for Hearts when it was few minutes to full time.

In Cape Coast, Ebusua Dwarfs beat Karela United 2-1, goals from Ishmael Antwi and Seidu Abubakar strikes were enough to hand Dwarfs all three points at the Cape Coast Stadium. Sadiq Alhassan pulled one back for Karela United.

Medeama SC recorded their first home defeat of the season against Elmina Sharks, when Alhassan Mustafa and Benjamin Bernard Boateng rose to bag two goals for Sharks. Prince Opoku Agyemang found the only goal for the home side Medeama.

In Kumasi, Kotoko were held to a goalless draw by Yakubu Mambo’s men Ah Gold. Martin Antwi and Appiah McCarthy both struck the woodwork for the Porcupine Warriors and Miners respectively.

In Sogakope, Dreams FC stretched WAFA to 0-0 draw after a balanced football within stipulated 90 minutes.

In Friday night and Saturday football, King Faisal nearly got their first away point against Eleven Wonders. Ibrahim Osman put King Faisal ahead in the first half but Abu Musa Sule and Samuel Boakye second half strikes handed Eleven Wonders second consecutive Ghana Premier League victory.

At Berekum, Berekum Chelsea were emphatically beaten by Inter Allies in a 3-1 score line. The hosts scored through Augustine Henneh but Victorien Adebayor’s double and Samuel Armah’s strikes ensured Inter Allies victory left the Golden City Park victors. Adebayor scored his ninth and tenth Ghana Premier League goal to pair with Yahaya Mohammed as joint top scorer in the league.
