Juve step closer to signing Nelson Semedo from Barcelona after offering Miralem Pjanic and Mattia De Sciglio
Juventus are close to signing Nelson Semedo from Barcelona after agreeing a deal with the Laliga outfits, according to reports.
The Barcelona defender has appeared absolute transfer target for Juventus over the last few months as Maurizio Sarri’s side knee strengthen their aging defense.
The Seria A giants are reportedly have had a breakthrough to land their target, and Sport are claiming that Catalans and Bianconeri have reached a transfer deal that involved player-plus-cash for Semedo.
The deal’s package is reportedly includes Barca long term target Miralem Pjanic, Mattia De Sciglio and a chas of €25million.
With Semedo switching camp for Turin, Pjanic and De Sciglio will have a taste of Camp Nou atmosphere next season if Sport’s report is anything to go by.
The Laliga giants have been linked with a move for Pjanic in recent times as Bosnia International future at the Allianz Arena doesn’t carry much weight.
In a bid to replace him, he has been linked with a Jorginho swap deal since the last seven days as Turin boss Sarri still dreams of having the Chelsea midfielder in Italy and under him again.
However, Pjanic have been looking forward to seal a move to Barcelona having already revealed his dream to play for Laliga league leaders since childhood.
