Chelsea in talks to sign new Lionel Messi from French giants PSG
Chelsea are reportedly talking to Paris Saint-Germain starlet Kays Ruiz-Atil to get him signed when the transfer window opens.
Chelsea have been tracking the young sensation for some time now and have stepped up the game to secure Ruiz-Atil- who is described as ‘new Messi’- signature.
