Ghanaian International Osman Bukari named Player of the Week in Slovakia PrvaLiga

Ghana International Osman Bukari has been named Player of the Week in Slovakia for the third time this season following his outstanding performance over the weekend.

Bukari, 21, has been instrumental for Trencin in the Slovakia PrvaLiga since joining the club back in August 2018, and his form since the restart of the season has gone beyond imagination.

The 21-year-old was a key figure in his side’s 4-0 victory over FK Pohroine on Saturday, netting and registering two assists.

The former Ghana U23 International assisted Abubakari Ghali and Gino Van Kessel strikes in the first half.

Ante Roguljic netted the side’s third goal before the Ghanaian star in the league wrapped his side 4-0 triumph in the 56th minute.

Osman Bukari was awarded man of the match before going on to lift player of the week crown in the league.

He could leave Trencin at the end of this season for big challenge in French Ligue 1 and Czech Republic league.

He has been linked with a move to Sparta Prague since last week.
