Chelsea confident of landing Harry Kane in summer as plan for completing transfer identified
Chelsea have reportedly come up with the plan to sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane when the summer transfer window opens in June according one of football transfer experts.
When the summer transfer window has never fully near opening that Chelsea began searching for the perfect man to lead the line at Stamford Bridge next season.
Somehow regarded as a pity due to the club’s containment of Olivier Giroud, Tammy Abraham- who helped the club well under Frank Lampard last season and highly anticipated Timo Werner.
At the very justifiable ends, both Abraham and Giroud can’t be regarded as a season-flop due to limited game time offered since the beginning of this season. So to Werner as well though, but with the replacement of Thomas Tuchel last four months sparking Chelsea’s momentum, along the line, there was a vast expectation on the Werner’s performance.
The German International has been somehow well under his countryman but there are still mixed views on 25-year old’s displays, even the ones from Chelsea’s technical staff generate sense of finding a prolific center forward when the season ends.
With Romelu Lukaku, Sergio Aguero and Erling Haaland already linked with Thomas Tuchel’s side, Harry Kane’s want-away from Spur puts The Three Lion star in the frame.
Kane, 27, has spent over ten years at Tottenham since joining the club in 2009 but has recently voiced out his desire to leave Tottenham Stadium at the end of this season.
His move could be likely to Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea according to Sky Sports. Given Tottenham’s connection with Chelsea in the transfer environment- which is calculated hostile relationship- Kane going to Stamford Bridge next season will be extremely difficult.
It’s understood that while Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy is ready to grant Kane his transfer desire by allowing him to leave this summer for all but not their London rivals Chelsea.
The Blues meanwhile have proven to be one of the powerful teams in the transfer market since the times of Marina Granovskaia who has come up with effective ways to getting Chelsea what they wanted. And same could be done in Harry Kane’s transfer with the Russian believed to developed another strategy to complete Kane’s deal.
Having this claimed by ESPN writer James Olley that Chelsea have a nice package that would be irresistible for Spurs to reject when three big name players are finally offered.
According to the report, Chelsea have planned to offer Kepa Arrizabalaga, Tammy Abraham, and Callum Hudson-Odoi in exchange for Harry Kane.
Kepa, 26, has been limited to few minutes in the Premier League and Champions League with most of his outings coming in the FA Cup. Since his presence in important games is less recognized, the Spanish International may be happy to seal a move to Spurs for more game minutes.
Abraham has been preferred to Werner and Giroud whiles Odoi has struggled to become a regular man and would all want to join Spurs in the summer.
It has not been revealed whether Spurs will would approve this offer but one thing is certain that he well admires Kepa, Abraham and Odoi wearing Tottenham colours next term.
