Manchester United eyeing Mbappe move while Tottenham close in on Metz wonderkid Matar Sarr

Manchester United are reportedly eyeing a potential move for PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe next summer.

The Red Devils have already signed Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane in this window and now have their eyes fixed on a huge striker deal in 2022.

Elsewhere, the Harry Kane saga rumbles on at Tottenham with Manchester City still hoping for a British record deal before the August 31 deadline despite fresh links to Robert Lewandowski, while Arsenal have completed the signing of Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid, with Sheffield United goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale following.

It still seems slightly unreal, but Lionel Messi been officially unveiled as a PSG player after Barcelona were unable to afford a new contract.

There is also mounting speculation that Paul Pogba could be headed to join him – but one megastar who won’t be on the move, it seems, is Cristiano Ronaldo – he has hit out at reports over his future amid suggestions of a sensational return to Real Madrid.

In another huge deal, Chelsea have re-signed Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan for £97.5m and officially unveiled their new No9 before the clash with Arsenal.

The Blues also want to sign Sevilla defender Jules Kounde and are weighing up a swoop for Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.

Liverpool have also been linked with the likes of Saul and Mbappe amid new contract plans for Mohamed Salah, while Tottenham are now reportedly targeting Metz wonderkid Pape Matar Sarr as well as Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic and West Ham may have fresh hope as they pursue the permanent return of Jesse Lingard.

Record signing Tanguy Ndombele has reportedly asked to leave Spurs before the deadline, with Bayern Munich offering Corentin Tolisso in a part-exchange deal.
