Hearts of Oak ace Ibrahim Salifu recovers from injury as midfielder set to join preseason
Hearts of Oak midfielder, Ibrahim Salifu has recovered from his long injury after months of staying on sideline and will be returning to action very soon.
The 22 year old missed a major part of last season and it was mainly due to the series of injuries and setbacks he was sustaining periodically.
The ex- Eleven Wonders star has been out for over three months now, with his last injury happening against Karela United on May 30, 2022 at the Ohene Gyan Stadium- this was right after he had returned from the sideline after he had sustained another injury in Anyinase against the same club.
His rehabilitation has been on for sometime but the good news to the ‘Phobians’ this time is that, the metal on his foot has been taken off and will return into action very soon.
The mercurial playmaker is most likely to join the rest of his teammates very soon to continue with their preseason towards the 2022/23 football season.
