Medeama SC four players set for surgery after sustaining injuries in loss to Dreams FC

Medeama SC have announced four of their players have sustained different injuries and will be undergoing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans today at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in the capital

The four players which comprises of goalkeeper Mandjui Boris Jnr, Adjei Boakye, Jacob Apau Asiedu and reliable centre-back Vincent Atinga who are all already in Accra to determine the extent of their injuries.

Boris Jnr picked his knock in their defeat against Dreams FC where he was initially sent to the Health Plus Hospital in Tarkwa but was later referred to the capital for the MRI Scan.
The club are expecting to have all their players fully fit and poised for action before the second round commences having finished the first phase of the season on the 6th position with 26 points.
