Asante Kotoko opens contract extension talks with first choice Ibrahim Danlad

Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko SC, have opened contract extension talks with their current first choice goalkeeper, Danlad Ibrahim.

The 19 year old since joining the Porcupine Warriors years ago, has finally settled really well in the team and has been their first choice goalkeeper since the exit of Razak Abalora.

Currently the best U20 shot-stopper on the continent, Danlad Ibrahim has been sensational since becoming the club’s first choice and has conceded 4 goals in 11 league appearances so far, with an incredible 8 clean sheets to his belt in the ongoing campaign.
According to reports from a reliable source, the two time African champions have opened contract extension talks with his agency, Club Consult and are willing to hand him a new four years contract should negotiations and everything go as planned.
The ‘Kum Apem’ lads are leading the Ghana Premier League log after 20 matches, with 44 points and will play as guest to Eleven Wonders in Techiman in their next game.
