Former King Faisal forward Kwame Peprah set to leave Orlando Pirates

Ghanaian international Kwame Peprah will not continue with South African outfit Orlando Pirates next season, Footballghana.com can report.

The former King Faisal forward signed a three-year deal with the South African club in the 2021/22 season.

Peprah enjoyed a descent debut season with Orlando Pirates, scoring 9 goals across competitions and also helping the club to reach the finals of the CAF Confederations Cup, where they lost to RS Berkane.

But in the just-ended season, the former King Fiasal star had a tough time and had to spent the second half of the season on loan at Maritzburg United.

Footbllghana.com understands Orlando Pirates are set for a massive shake-up in their set-up ahead of next season, with Kwame Peprah no exception.

Peprah together with Eva Nga, Siyabonga Mpontshane, and Ben Motshwari will not continue with Pirates next season.

Other six players are expected to depart the club before the start of the 2023/24 season.

Meanwhile, Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori is facing an uncertain future at the club, having been linked with a move away from Pirates.
