Ghana U-20 Women team lands in Lusaka ahead of World Cup qualifiers against Zambia
The Ghana national women’s U20 national team have touched down in Lusaka ahead of their World Cup qualifier against Zambia which comes up over the weekend.
The contingent led by coach Ben Fokuo, 22 players and other officials landed in the Southern African nation this morning and are looking to acclamatize to the weather, the pitch state and everything before match-day
The Black Princesses have been in camp for more than a month now preparing for the game and have been boosted with the inclusion of six Hasaacas Ladies players who just joined the group after their CAF Women’s Champions League campaign.
However, foreign-based Abdulai Mukarama and Elizabeth Oppong all made the trip for the big game coming up.
The first leg will be honoured in Lusaka with return encounter in Accra in few days time.
