Big postponement in Ghana Premier League after Medeama SC clash against Bibiani Gold Stars rescheduled

The Ghana Football Association have rescheduled Medeama SC game against Bibiani Gold Stars in GPL match-week two encounter which was supposed to come off this weekend.

Initially, the game was arranged to be honoured this Sunday usually, but has now been postponed to next week due to some technical difficulties.

The reason is that, the Mauves and Yellows have communicated to the GFA stating they can’t use the Cape Coast Stadium for that crunchy clash after their Akoon Park was due unfit to host the game by the Club Licensing Board, per series of reports.
However, according to the two time FA Cup conquerors, they have completed all the renovations and have now met all the needed requirements with the venue set to be ready very soon having asked the Ghana FA to visit them for a fresh checks on the facility.
The game has now been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 with the new venue yet to be communicated to the two clubs, the club confirmed on their official twitter handle.
