Hearts of Oak name squad for Caf Confederation Cup game against Real Bamako

Accra Hearts of Oak interim coach, David Ocloo and his technical team have announced a 22-man traveling squad list for this weekend’s CAF Confederation Cup preliminary game against ASR Bamako.

The Phobians will be commencing their 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup campaign with a trip to Mali against Real Bamako on Saturday evening.

Ocloo was named the club’s stop-gap coach following the sacking of Samuel Boadu and his technical team after Hearts of Oak’s winless start in the Ghana Premier League.
Central African Republic international Yassan Ouatching has recovered from his injury to be part of the traveling squad while Salifu Ibrahim sits after failing to pass a late fitness test.
Youngsters Gideon Asante and Rashid Okine have been handed places in the 22-man squad list with newly-signed midfielder Prince Nana Kwasi Darmang.
