SALIM ADAMS reveals Hearts intentions for Wydad Casablanca amid big win in Caf Champions League first leg

Hearts of Oak young midfielder Salim Adams has disclosed clearly that, his side are going to humble Wydad Athletic Club convincingly this weekend in Ghana.

The Rainbow Club will lock horns with two time African conquerors this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in the second preliminary round of this season’s African Champions League.

The 19 year old joined the ‘Phobians’ this summer from New Edubiase FC, and marked his debut in style having come off the bench to score against Guinean outfit Club Industriel de Kamsar in the same competition.

Speaking ahead of the game, the Black Satellites midfielder reiterated they are ever ready to edge out the Moroccan giants come Sunday as they set sights on nothing but a win heading into this epic clash.

Also, he also stretched on his stay in the club stating the coach and his teammates have all been very dear to him and is so far enjoying life with the 2000 African champions. He said;

“We have confidence we can play like it’s a normal game. It’s important of course but in the end, our target is just one target: we need to win the game convincingly and go to Morocco with a good result.” Adams told Phobianews.com

“I’m enjoying life at Hearts, but the players make it easier and the coach also makes it easier for me,” Adams said.

“But as I said, results are the most important thing. I’m doing good and I feel good with the team and I’m trying to help the team always to get points.

“I try in every game to score, to do something different, but I’m happy about our performances and about what we have right now.”
