Asante Kotoko team bus arrival at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium as Seydou Zerbo names XI against RC Kadiogo

Kotoko host Burkina Faso side RC Kadiogo for a Caf Champions League second leg tie at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. Manager Seydou Zerbo has named his starting lineup with only a change made from the the side that won in the first leg.

Samuel Boateng replaces Richmond Lamptey who is missing the tie due to injury. The team have already landed at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium with their numerous fans cheering them on way to entering the stadium.

Fans gathered along the Kumasi Amakom main road leading to the Baba Yara Stadium holding Kotoko branded flags and designs to applaud their team. Asante Kotoko bus heading from the south received massive cheers from their supporters before the bus finally entered the stadium.

Asante Kotoko won the first leg 1-0 in Benin and will be hoping to seal final qualification to the second preliminary round of the Caf Champions League.

The team warms up without their leading masks-man Franck Thierry Mbella Etouga who has reportedly left the club for Egyptian side Al Masry on 4-year deal. The Cameroonian International joined Asante Kotoko at the beginning of last season and emerged top scorer for the club with 21 league goals.

If Kotoko eliminate RC Kadiogo they will face winner of AS Vita Club and Gaborone United who head into the second leg in Kinshasa with a 1-0 advantage.
