Sheffield 3-3 Manchester United,  McBurnie stoppage time strike cancel out United’s lead to secure a vital draw for Sheffield

At the end of it all, Manchester United nearly run away with all three points at Bramall Lane but McBurnie stepped out to put worries in the face of Ole and his side, grabbing a stoppage time goal to make the game 3-3 on Sunday evening.

David de Gea’s terrific double-save early on spelled danger for the visitors. Manchester United were 1-0 down shortly afterwards, with Fleck grabbing the opener. And that was at 1-0 when Mousset doubled Sheffield United’s lead.

The Frenchman fired home from outside the area after Man United’s defense was sliced open by Fleck’s pass. The Red Devils recovered from 2-0 down to lead 3-2 thanks to goals from Brandon Williams, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford gave them a 3-2 lead. They held onto the lead until the 91st minute, when Oliver McBurnie equalised for Sheffield United.

Manchester United are 9th on the table with 17 points from 13 games.
