Antoine Semenyo: Ghanaian International completes move to Bournemouth on 4-year deal

Bristol City lose one of their talisman Antoine Semenyo to English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth in the January transfer window after the Ghanaian International signed a 4-year deal that will see him remain at the Cherries until summer 2027.
Bournemouth have secured the signature of the English-born Ghanaian attacker until the summer of 2027.

English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth have completed the signing of Ghana international Antoine Semenyo from Bristol City in the ongoing transfer window.

The 23-year-old has signed a four-year contract worth £10.5 million with the Vitality Stadium outfit after passing a mandatory medical examination this evening.
Semenyo is expected to be unveiled by AFC Bournemouth as the club’s new signing in the coming hours.
Semenyo, who attracted interest from several clubs including Southampton and Burnley, has scored seven goals in 24 appearances across all competitions for City this term.
The versatile forward made two appearances from the bench for the Black Stars in Qatar, but was unable to prevent his side from exiting the tournament before the knockout stages as Ghana finished bottom of Group H.
The Ghanaian has already completes his medicals and Bournemouth is expected to announce the deal Friday. The move is an upgrade in Semenyo’s career from the English Championship to the Premier League.
Bournemouth is also tracking Italian attacker Nicolo Zaniolo.
