All eyes were on Eden Hazard and his Belgiam teamamtes as the golden generation of Belgium locked horns with Achraf Hakimi-starrer Morocco in Group F at the FIFA World Cup 2022 on Sunday.

Staging another massive upset at the showpiece event, Morocco upstaged Roberto Martinez’s Belgium 2-0 in its second group game of the Qatar World Cup at the Al Thumama Stadium.

With the 2-0 defeat at the hands of Morocco, the Red Devils have failed to secure an early berth in the knockout round of the FIFA World Cup.

Goals from Zakaria Aboukhlal and Abdelhamid Sabir guided Morocco to a famous win over Belgium in Qatar. This was Belgium’s first defeat against an African nation at the FIFA World Cup.
