Andre Ayew scores double in a minute to send tally to 12 goals as Al Sadd thrash Al Gharafa
Ghana captain Andre Ayew scored a double in just ten minutes of his introduction as Al Sadd walloped Al Gharafa in the Qatar Stars League on Saturday evening.
Al Sadd extended their unbeaten streak to forty-two (42) matches following their heavy away win over Al Sadd at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
Ayew was introduced on the 80th minute as replacement for Algeria international Baghdad Bounedjah.
He scored his team’s fourth goal when they were leading 3-1 through the spot-kick on the 94th minute
On the 95th minute, Ayew added his second on the day as they beat their opponents 5-1 on the road to pick their 14th win in 15 league games.
Ayew has now scored twelve (12) goals and provided three assists in his 14 appearances since joining them on a free transfer last summer.
