Baba Rahman returns to Reading FC training after Ghana World Cup exit
Ghana international Abdul Baba Rahman has resumed training with Reading FC after the Black Stars’ early elimination from the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Baba Rahman joined his teammates on Thursday at the Hogwood Park as they prepare for the English Championship which resumes this weekend.
Reading will be hosting Coventry City FC in the 2022/23 English Championship match-week 21 fixture on Saturday afternoon.
The on-loan Chelsea left-back, who made three appearances for Ghana at the 2022 World Cup, was attacked on social media by a section of Ghanaians on social media after uninspiring performance at the tournament.
Despite his unimpressive display at the Black Stars, Baba Rahman has 10 appearances for Reading FC in the Championship this season so far.
Baba Rahman joined Reading FC once again on a season-long deal this summer after a successful loan spell at the Select Car Leasing Stadium outfit last season.
