Ghanaian forward Kwaku Osei-Bonsu on target for Caracas FC against Estudiantes in Venezuela Championship
Ghanaian Kwaku Osei-Bonsu on Wednesday night scored for Caracas FC who beat Estudiantes 4-1 in the Venezuela Championship round.
Osei-Bonsu gave Caracas the lead in the 8th minute after teammate Samson Akinyoola managed to thread a pass through two Estudiantes defenders for the winger to latch onto and hit a low shot into the bottom left corner of the post.
Akinyoola then doubled Caracas’s lead in the 14th minute before Gregory Materán pulled a consolation for the visitors to make it 2-1 before halftime.
FC Caracas closed the game with two additional goals from Edson Castillo and Richard Celis in the 47th and 80th minutes respectively.
This follows his strike over the weekend against Deportivo la Guaira.
He now has three goals and four assists this season.
