European champions Chelsea face Real Madrid in Champions League quarter-finals as the Spanish side may launch a revenge. Chelsea crushed out Real Madrid in last season’s Champions League 3-1 on aggregate in the semifinals as the Blues went on the lift the title in Portugal.

Having beaten French side Lille 4-1 on aggregate in round of 16, Chelsea will now face Real Madrid in the last Eight. Meanwhile, Real Madrid come back late against PSG in the second leg to overturn their round 16 tie into 3-2 advantage at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

Liverpool who last won the title in 2019 face Benfica who surprised Ajax with a 1-0 victory at Johan Cruyff Arena to book a place in today’s quarter-finals draw.

Last year finalist Manchester City take on Atletico Madrid as the Spanish side make a trip to the city of Manchester twice in a row of this season’s Champions League. Atletico beat Manchester United 1-0 in second leg at Old Trafford to emerge 2-1 winners of round of 16 tie.

Bayern Munich take on last year Europa League champions Villarreal who appears the most surprised side in return leg fixtures after thrashing one of the tournament favorites Juventus 3-0 in Turin after being held to a 1-1 draw in first leg in Spain.

In semifinals fixtures, the winner between Manchester City vs Atletico Madrid will face winner between Chelsea vs Real Madrid. Winner between Benfica vs Liverpool take on winner between Villarreal vs Bayern Munich.
