Zamalek complete signing of Senegalese Ibrahima Ndiaye from Luzern FC

Zamalek Sporting Club have completed the signing of Senegalese International Ibrahima Ndiaye from Swiss side Luzern FC.

The Egyptian side confirmed the deal a day after losing 2-1 at home to Eastern Company in the league first time in more than five games.

The Cairo based side have already been crowned champions of the Egyptian Premier League with two games remaining, opening a 7-point gap off main rivals Al Ahly and 6 points above second place side Pyramids FC.

With that trophy in hand, Zamalek will be hoping to make huge impact in this season’s Caf Champions League- influencing the North side’s transfers this summer.

Ndiaye and Zamalek have been on the negotiation table for some time now as the Senegalese left wind man completes move from Luzern Football Club.

Ndiaye has been sensational for Luzern at the beginning of this term making three appearances from five league games without a goal.

Zamalek open their Caf Champions League campaign with away game against Elect-Sport on Friday 9th September.

The 24-year old is expected to make his debut against the Chadian side.
