Manchester United moving closer to signing new No. 9

Manchester United hope to seal the deal for €70 million plus add-ons. Personal terms with the player have been agreed.

Manchester United are hoping to soon complete the signing of Atalanta forward Rasmus Højlund, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

PSG are also interested in the Denmark international and have offered the 20-year-old a bigger financial package. However, Højlund reportedly wants to make the move to Old Trafford this summer, as Erik ten Hag looks to finally get his hands on a new 9.

Serie A side want €80 million for the young forward but United hope to seal the deal for €70 million plus add-ons. Personal terms with the player have been agreed.

United have also been linked with a move for Tottenham captain Harry Kane and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
