Kofi Kodzi second half strike against ‘Dreams FC’ in GPL week 7 gets Hearts of Oak back to winning ways after Kotoko defeat

Hearts Oak bounced back to winning ways at the Theatre of Dreams having suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Asante Kotoko a week ago but all what they left behind at Dawu today is a 1-0 loss to Dreams FC.

Hearts were very lively right from start but were unlucky not to wrap up the victory in the first half after seeing Joseph Esso strikes hitting the woodwork on a couple of times.

However, on the 52nd minute, Kofi Kodzi scored the only goal of the game for Hearts to complete Hearts’ second straight away win after beating Liberty Professionals at Carl Raindorf Park last two weeks.

The Phobians welcome Ash Gold to the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday evening for week 8 of the Ghana Premier League.
