Ghanaian lower side White Wolves win 2022 Ramadan Cup in Dubai

The Ghanaian club dominated the Six-Team tournament in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and were crowned champions.

White Wolves FC beat Al Nasr 2-1 in their first game to get their tournament off to a great start.

The young Ghanaian lads, led by captain Reynold Ayizime, a Takoradi boy, put in a fantastic performance.

White Wolves impressed in their second match against Al-Jazeera FC, defeating the UAE giant’s reserve side 4-3 to make it two wins from two games.

Then White Wolves beat Garden City FC 10-0 in the semifinals to advance to the final, where they faced a Ghanaian club owned by Slovakian giant FC Zilina.

White Wolves won 2-1 in a tense match, and they celebrated wildly after the final whistle.

The club competes in Ghana’s fourth tier league, the Division Three League, and is owned by Sally Manaf, an innovative and visionary young man who is dedicated to making young boys’ dreams come true.

When the team returns from Dubai, Mr Sally Manaf has promised to come up with a surprise that will shape the lives of the country’s young and talented footballers.
