Egyptian champions Ahly have added a quality to the current squad in the 2019-2020 CAF Champions League after completing the registration of Mahmoud Kahraba who recently joined from C.D Aves on a free transfer.

Al Ahy made official announcement of Kahraba’s registration in CAF books for the 2019-2020 CAF Champions League on Monday afternoon.

The former Aves man wasted no time to announce his capabilities in the domestic scene, registering his debut for Ahly during the Red’s 3-1 victory over Masr in the league over the weekend.

The eight-time Champions League winners are currently top of their group with six points from three games, alongside Al-Hilal and Étoile du Sahel.

They will face Platinum away from home on Saturday, January 11, before hosting Etoile a week later, then concluding the group-stages with an away game to Al Hilal.
