Thomas Partey on target for Atletico Madrid as Valencia held to a home 2-2 draw against Simeone’s side

Ghana ace Thomas Teye Partey found back of the net when Atletico Madrid drew 2-2 with Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium last Friday night.

It was the turn of Thomas Partey to restore ATL Madrid’s lead on the 43rd minute. The Ghanaian International dispossessed Valencia midfielder Daniel Parejo, run through from midfield before shooting from right inside the box to the bottom left corner.

On the 59th minute, Geoffrey Kondogbia scored from a powerful Daniel Parejo cross to ensure the game ended in a 2-2 draw.

Partey now send his goal tally to two Laliga goals for Atletico Madrid this season so far.
