Ghana Premier League: Asante Kotoko confirmed lineup vs Great Olympics as two changes made

Great Olympics welcome Asante Kotoko to the Accra Sports Stadium for a top table clash with the Kumasi based side hoping to extend their lead to four points whiles the capital’s side are confident of a surpass.

Boss Mariano Barreto has made two changes to the side the beat Bechem United at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium last Sunday.

Emmanuel Sarkodie is returning from injury and has replaced Fabio Gama who is missing this tough clash due to suspension. Patrick Asmah takes the place of Augustine Okra who has been named as a substitute. The former Al Hilal ace produced a perfect assist for Kumi to open the score the last time.

There are positive news for Kotoko fans as Richard Senanu has been rename to the bench when the returning midfielder was omitted in Kotoko’s victory over Bechem United.

Razak Abelora keeps the posts as Samuel Frimpong, Abdul Ganiyu, Yusif Mubarik and Imoro Ibrahim complete the back line. Habib Mohammed, Mudasiru Salifu and Emmanuel Sarkodie complete the midfield as Asmah, Andy Kumi and Emmanuel Gyamfi lead in three man attack.

Kumi has netted twice in the Ghana Premier League since joining Kotoko in January and is hopeful for a third against Olympics. Kotoko lead the table with 34 points as Olympics second with a point below.
