Asante Kotoko confirmed lineup vs FC Nouadhibou- CAF Champions League 2020/2021

Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu has named his eleven to face Nouadhibou in preliminary of this season’s CAF Champions League in Nouakchott.

While failing to make the trip to Mauritania due to injury, first choice keeper Felix Anann has been replaced by Kwame Baah who kept most minutes for the Ghana Premier League side last season.

Godfred Asiamah who replaced Augustine Okra in Ghana Premier League against Berekum Chelsea makes the match-day squad as Andrews Appau, Ibrahim Danlad, Patrick Asmah and Razak Abalora warm the bench for Kotoko.

Yussif Mubarik replaces Habib Mohamed-who paired experience Abdul Ganiyu in the game against B. Chelsea last Sunday. Mubarik pairs Ganiyu in central defense- the same partnership in Kotoko’s Ghana Premier League opener against Eleven Wonders.

Adom Frimpong, Keyeke, Gyamfi and Asiamah complete the midfield while Osman Ibrahim and Kwame Opoku who have hit two goals from two Ghana Premier League games lead the line in a 4-4-2 system.
