Champions League: Krasnoda vs Chelsea confirmed lineups as Lampard makes five changes
Frank Lampard names his XI to face Krasnoda as Chelsea hopes of recording first victory in this season’s Champions League reaches higher height after the likes of Jorginho, Havertz, Ziyech and Werner all starting tonight’s game.
Five changes have been made to the XI that drew against Sevilla at Stamford Bridge in Chelsea’s opening game of the Champions League with Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Kovacic, Ziyech and Hudson Odoi coming in for James, Thiago Silva, Kante, Mount and Pulisic respectively.
Christian Pulisic is named among the substitutes along with Olivier Giroud and Tammy Abraham as Kai Havertz once again supports Timo Werner in the Chelsea attack this evening.
Defenders Fikayo Tomori and Andreas Christensen are options for Lampard from the bench if needed while Mason Mount also has to settle for a sub role against Krasnodar.
