Manchester United showed the only way they can complete Harry Kane transfer ahead of Real Madrid

Stan Collymore has showed Manchester United how they can secure the signature of Harry Kane ahead of Spanish outfits Real Madrid who also have a reported interest in the Tottenham ace.

Kane and Borussia Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho have both been lined with a move to Old Trafford thus, when the summer transfer window opens with other clubs interested in the two English Internationals as well.

Despite other interests,  the Manchester club have been tipped as favorites over Chelsea and Liverpool to land Sancho in particular- whose transfer has been described as a predictor of Kane’s possible move.

And Stan Collymore has urge Manchester United to make the rumours a reality by signing Sancho and that will see Harry Kane follow Sancho’s steps to Old Trafford.

As reported few days ago that Kane will consider a move away from Spurs to challenge for more trophies, Real Madrid and Barcelona may be perfect places for the English striker, especially with Madrid boss Zidane fancying Kane’s style of play, he can easily be offered the no.9 shirt at Santiago Bernabeu.

However, United have started building a new project looking at the nature of their latest signings, bringing in Harry Maguire for a world record fee last summer, snatching midfield quality Bruno Fernandez in the last transfer window and have been linked with a host of top talents like Sancho, Sergej Milinkovic-savic and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig as the summer transfer window approaches.

It will be strategic for Ole’s side to seal the transfer of some of these quality players including Sancho and that will attract Kane to Old Trafford according to Liverpool legend Collymore.

“I can honestly see Kane going to Real ahead of United in the same way we saw Gareth Bale move to the Bernabeu seven years ago,” Collymore wrote in The Mirror.

“The only hope Ole Gunnar Solskjaer really has of selling Old Trafford as a primary destination for Kane, is if he tells him: ‘We’re not just going to bring you in, Harry, we’re going to bring in Jadon Sancho as well to supply you and maybe a couple of other players on top of him’.

“If Sancho didn’t materialise then I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Kane taking the No.9 shirt from Karim Benzema at Real Madrid, with the Frenchman then heading to the Premier League.”

In Collymore’s proposed switch of league between Kane and Benzema, the French International has been linked with Arsenal and Tottenham ahead of potential transfer in summer.

It is understood that Arteta’s side will consider cashing in on Gabon striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Benzema could be his replacement.
