Dreams FC assistant coach Wilfred Dormon not ‘disappointed’ in home defeat from Asante Kotoko

Dreams FC assistant coach Wilfred Dormon has lauded the performance of his charges despite Sunday’s loss to Kotoko at the theater of Dreams, Dawu.

The Dawu based club lost narrowly to Kotoko in a Ghana Premier League Match Day 9 game.

Despite losing the game, the manager is encouraged by what he saw from his team.

According to him, the red card changed their game plan and is of the view that it was a game that showed to expectations.

“We have drawn a lot of positives from this (Kotoko) game despite the defeat, therefore we have to look forward to the next game”

“Don’t forget that its a premier league and is a long marathon, for now we have to look forward to WAFA in our next game” he said at the post match conference.

Asked if he is worried about their back to back defeat to Kotoko and Hearts of Oak at their home grounds, he said, “I’m not really disappointed because there are a lot of positives from these games”.

He adds that, ‘playing the two most glamorous clubs in the country is not an easy duel but believes some positives drawn in Hearts defeat propelled them to beat Liberty Professionals.’

The trainer expressed that he expect his charges to respond quickly and return to winning ways with the positives drawn from the Kotoko game.

Dreams FC will look to bounce back when they grave to Sogakope to play WAFA in match day 10.
