Kudus Mohammed completes move to Ajax as Ghanaian International made big revelation about Ten Hag role in transfer

Ghanaian International Kudus Mohammed completes move to Ajax after Eredivisie champions announcing a five year deal for the former FC Nordsjaelland forward.

Kudus, 19, has been in escalating form in Nordsjaelland colours since joining the Danish Superliga side back in 2018 from Ghanaian lower side Right to Dream Football Club.

The Black Stars man has played important role in Nordsjaelland’s league campaign this season and his nine goals caused a huge of interest from Tottenham, Marseille, Inter Milan, Lazio and Paris Saint-Germain.

Foot Mercato reported last month that Kudus could join Tottenham Hotspur in summer but Ajax have won the Ghanaian’s signature after Ajax announcing a deal for the Ghanaian until 2025.

Ajax new signing has revealed the important role boss Erik Ten Hag played in his decision to move this summer. The 19-year old attacker revealed that Ten Hag convinced him to choose Ajax over other potential competitors.

In his first official interview with Ajax website, Kudus acknowledged a conversation he had with the former Bayern Munich Youth team coach about the style of play, his expected role and what the future looks like.
