EXCLUSIVE: Thomas Muller planning to leave Bayern in January, Manchester United interested

Thomas Muller has not find a good form this season for Bayern Munich which has resulted in his low involvement in Bayern games on the pitch under Niko Kovac this term. The stats for Muller so far is extremely not encouraging considering his caliber and class in World football, winning the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cup Golden boosts.

The German forward has managed only four starts in Bayern’s eight games so far. In Bayern’s last two games where results have not be favorable at all for the German champions, Muller has had a combined minutes of only 40 to his name.

By the kind of treatment Muller is currently going through in his name-making club, it would be perhaps more understandable to believe that the 2014 World Cup winner is limiting his expectations to stay with Kovac’s side next season or even this coming January.

According to reports in German, Thomas Muller is planning to exit the doors of Bayern Munich and Manchester United have been linked heavily. United on the other hand are struggling with their own problems despite taming Liverpool in the prem last weekend and recording a slim victory in Partizan.

In light of their victory in Serbia, Manchester United needed to rely solely on returning from injury Anthony Martial to get them the win. Muller would be a great addition for Manchester United given his experience and exposure in front of goal.

Meanwhile, the Manchester club have already spotted Muller as possible addition to the already misfiring United up front, and confidently believe they can capitalized on the uncertainties surrounding his playing time at Bayern as reported by German outlet Bild.

It is believed that discussions for the bringing-in of Muller have already taken place among few trusted members of United to which Ed Woodward is part.

This coming January is very likely for the transfer, but United will continue to press to next summer if even they fail with a bid to sign the German International January.
