Chelsea are interested in signing PSG duo Julian Draxler and Idrissa Gueye this January

It’s very obvious the Chelsea would have to walk into the January transfer window to find reinforcements after it is believed that Frank Lampard has been given a £150 million to spend.

Frank Lampard has already penciled down Isco, Timo Werner, Wilfried Zaha and Jadon Sancho where the Chelsea manager is expected to make moves for those targets.

But latest new blowing out from Stamford Bridge isn’t sweeter and brighter for Chelsea fans as deals for Sancho and Real Madrid ace Isco is facing the test of time, and could simply be abandoned this January or even never ever.

It has been just five days to the opening of January window as Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is preparing to back off Sancho’s transfer as the Israeli-Russian tycoon interprets Sancho’s £100 million valuation by Dortmund as a huge one, and target Isco is believed to prefer a move to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City instead, where he is tipped to be David Silva’s permanent replacement.

Julian Draxler and Igrissa Gueye wanted by Chelsea

The awful entanglement of Isco and Sancho situations has brought PSG duo Julian Draxler and Idrissa Gueye into immediate transfer targets for Chelsea. According to French publication Le10Sport, Draxler together with Gueye are monitored by Chelsea.

The German’s transfer looks likely after he has failed to make good impression for the French side this season, registering only six Ligue 1 appearances.

Gueye on the other hand completed a £29 million deal to PSG last summer, and has simply been fine for Tuchel’s side but his services is need at Stamford Bridge despite the presence of N’Golo Kante at Chelsea. Chelsea latest results in the EPL could force any of these transfers next month.
